I founded Motti Remodeling after a storied career as a luxury industry designer and product developer. I studied engineering and worked early on in machining, drawing into fine arts and product development. While I built my career with top brands and my own Madison Avenue store, Lee Wolf, I also purchased several brownstones, redesigned them, hired and managed construction teams, and fell in love with the tangibility of producing stunning spaces with my own two hands.
When COVID hit the luxury products industry, I leaned into plumbing and construction, applying my expertise for creating aesthetic and effective solutions to technical challenges to kitchens, bathrooms, and brownstones. My clients attest to my company's extremely high design sensibility, unwavering commercial discipline - reliably meeting timelines and budgets -, and superlatively collaborative approach. Not only do my team and I bring plumbing, electrical, and construction expertise, but also innovative design-centric flourishes that maximize comfort and value in every space.

Solutions we have crafted include introducing biophilic design to 19th century buildings by building solariums and skylights, maximizing natural light; creating space where there was none by building alcoves discretely tucked int backyards to house top-of-the-line kitchen appliances; creating feelings of spaciousness and height by exposing ceiling beams and insulating upper floors from sound by suspending drywall between the exposed beams; and minimizing waste and enhancing intrigue by reusing pipes leftover from heat pump installations and plumbing projects to create unique ceiling lights.
